This year to celebrate the launch of the new 8020A we upped the stakes of our traditional AES Prize Draw. Not content with giving a pair of the new dinky 8020A's away daily in a free raffle, we challenged all comers to test their mettle on a gruelling Sega Gran Turismo™ circuit. On our spacious stand on the main floor we had a complete set-up with a 5.1 8020A/7050B system, a racing simulator and to add to the realism a large plasma screen. There was a constant queue of hopefuls all desperately trying their level best to get the best time round the track over the four day show. Janne Autio was the lucky, or we should say skilful contestant that came through with a mind boggling time of 1'33". Here he is pictured with his 8020A/7050B 2.1 system.
